After the incredible outpour of women and men who marched to support women’s rights, The Glass Onion wants to do their part by supporting the Center for Women at their next Charity Tasting. On Wednesday, Feb. 8 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., patrons can enjoy French wines including Domaine Pichot Vouvray Brut, Chateau Gassier Cotes de Provence Espirit and Le Grande Caillou Pinot Noir from Patient Cottat. The tastings will be paired along with small bites to enjoy for $10 per person.
In an effort to bring awareness and raise funds for this local nonprofit organization, $5 of every ticket will benefit the Center for Women (C4W), which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that serves to help educate and advocate so that women in South Carolina have economic success and are leaders in their professional, community and personal lives.
Through its mix of educational and networking opportunities, training and development workshops, mentoring, programs, services and special events, the C4W facilitates South Carolina women in building better lives for themselves, their families, organizations, employers, and communities.
