Indoor playground OutSlide In now open in the Belk wing of Citadel Mall

Last month OutSlide In opened its 7,200-square-foot indoor playground, located in the Belk wing of the Citadel Mall. This recreational concept is new to the Charleston area and offers multiple play activities and birthday party rooms for kids and families. It’s also the latest in non-traditional tenants at the Citadel Mall.
OutSlide In provides play areas for ages up to 12 years, featuring a multi-level soft play structure with slides, climbing obstacles, tunnels and bridges, as well as a ‘mini city’ to inspire imagination play for younger children. In addition, OutSlide In has three party rooms available to rent for special occasions with exciting themes in each of the rooms.
“Don’t forget your socks! Or we have them for purchase.” said Jena Favors, one of the owners of OutSlide IN. “We are so excited to open our doors to West Ashley and the surrounding communities! Our indoor playground features many different play areas that will appeal to children under 2, as well as those 3 and up. Although we offer relaxing areas for parents to sit back and watch their children, we also encourage them to join the fun and test out the slides and other climbing obstacles too!”
In addition to the playground, a café and lounge area is open for the parent experience, so they can either jump in and play, or relax comfortably while keeping an eye on their kids. There is free Wi-Fi, specialty coffees, bottled beverages and pre-packaged snacks available for purchase.
