Mayor Tecklenburg presents local Home Care Company with City Council Proclamation in recognition of 25 years of service

Mayor John Tecklenburg recently presented Mary Peters, owner and founder of Care For Life in West Ashley with a City Council Proclamation in recognition of the company’s dedication to Charleston’s Aging Population.
Care For Life was founded in August of 1995 to meet the needs of Charleston area seniors wanting to remain in the safety and comfort of their homes. Since that time, the company has continued to provide high quality and compassionate home care and care management services to support seniors and their families. The company also provides services to clients in all levels of care including Assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and hospital settings.
Due to COVID concerns, the official anniversary celebration planned in support of the Alzheimer’s Association has been postponed to a future date to be determined.
