Mysterious Musicians Invade West Ashley

Recently, they performed at the C.E. Williams PTSA meeting and once again at the annual “Taste of C.E.” and Holiday Band Concert on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at West Ashley High School.
The C.E. Williams Drumline, under the direction of Denisse Stanbery, performs annually at regular school concerts, as well as civic events including Citadel Basketball games and Stingrays Hockey games. Students create their own cadences, dances, and routines, and continually amaze crowds with their creativity.
The drum line is composed of boys and girls this year so, as a group, they created the idea of wearing masks for the first part of their performances and “reveal” their identities during the performances.
