Ingredients
• 2 fl. oz. diced canned Jalapenos
• 1 cup diced Red Onions
• 1/2 cup diced Celery
• ¾ cups diced Roasted Green Peppers
• 1 #10 can stewed tomatoes – chopped with juice
• ½ cup green chilis
• 1 gallon pre-mixed Chicken stock
• 10 Chicken tenders – grilled and diced
• 2 tbl. Cumin
• 1 tbl. Cajun Seasoning
• 1/8 tsp. Oregano
• 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
• 2 tbl. chopped Parsley
• 1 tbl. Garlic Powder
• 2 tbl. Texas Pete
• Salt and Pepper to taste
 
Directions
1. In a large soup kettle sauté chopped tomatoes with their juice, onions, celery, jalapenos, and green peppers until tender.
2. Add rest of ingredients and cook until done.
