CE Williams’ 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students who are members of the school’s service-learning club called Peer Express visited the Ronald McDonald House Thursday, Dec. 10 and Friday, Dec. 11.
The students worked all semester to collect can tabs and food for families who stay at the Ronald McDonald House. The club also put together “On the Go Meal Kits” for families to take with them while at the hospital. Peer Express then dropped off all of the donations to the Ronald McDonald House and learned how the donations are used to make a difference in the community.
